Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Meet CDA credential or NAEYC/Pre-K candidacy requirements.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, speak and understand English to communicate with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum and Pre-K requirements for each child.
• Partner and communicate with parents to provide the best care and education.
