• Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare curriculum and state Pre-K requirements for each child.
• Communicate with parents to align on child development goals.
• Support center enrollment, accreditation, and engagement initiatives.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
