Job summary

KinderCare is seeking a childcare professional to implement the center’s curriculum and state Pre-K guidelines while creating a safe, nurturing environment for each child. You will partner with parents to support development and work with staff to drive enrollment, accreditation, and family engagement.

You will build strong relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners to ensure high-quality care and education in a collaborative center setting.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Possess active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC and state Pre-K candidacy requirements.
• Meet state specific Pre-K guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency and engage with children safely.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum and State Pre-K requirements in a way that suits each child; create a safe, nurturing environment for learning and play.
• Partner and communicate with parents to support children’s development.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff to reach enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
