Job summary

KinderCare is seeking a dedicated caregiver to implement curriculum and state Pre-K requirements in a nurturing, safe environment for young learners. This role emphasizes strong communication with parents and collaboration with center staff to support enrollment and accreditation efforts.

The ideal candidate holds an active CDA Credential or is working toward NAEYC/state Pre-K candidacy, with the ability to meet state guidelines and engage effectively with children and families.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Active CDA Credential or meeting NAEYC/state Pre-K candidacy requirements.
• Ability to meet state Pre-K guidelines.
• Physically able to use a computer and supervise children, maintaining safety.
• English literacy and communication with parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum and State Pre-K requirements while ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for each child.
• Partner with parents to support children's learning and development.
• Collaborate with center staff and leadership to work toward enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and partners.
