Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher or valid U.S. teaching license.
• At least 2 years of experience with children ages 3–5 in a play-based classroom.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• For the Chicago opening, Montessori certificate or Reading Specialist experience.

Responsibilities

• Design joyful, sensory-rich learning experiences that build early literacy and numeracy.
• Create a classroom where every child feels emotionally safe and excited to learn.
• Observe-child development in real time and document progress for personalized learning.
• Adjust activities to each child's interests and developmental needs.
• Partner with families to share growth and support development beyond the classroom.
