To support the continuous improvement of our Spanish department, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an outstanding practitioner to join us. We would be excited to hear from you if:
- You are an experienced middle leader with a proven track record of excellence in your Spanish specialism, seeking a new challenge, such as focusing on curriculum development and teaching improvement, OR,
- You have experience leading a Key Stage within Years Three and Four and are looking for a promotional opportunity that offers new challenges, greater responsibility, and a broader impact on developing others' teaching, OR,
- You are an exceptional practitioner with a proven track record, seeking to influence other teachers' practice more widely.
Potential candidates will:
- Have a demonstrable passion for the subject, with the ability to help children successfully master an ambitious Spanish curriculum;
- Possess qualities to grow into a highly effective leader, such as influencing others, being highly reflective, maintaining a strong work ethic, and demonstrating high emotional intelligence and professional integrity;
- Be a lifelong learner, always striving to improve as a teacher, personally ambitious, and quick to adapt;
- Want to work in a fully inclusive, diverse, and ambitious school, providing a first-class education to our children and making a real difference to young people.
