The role requires 3–5+ years of medical practice management, strong RCM experience, and EPIC EHR proficiency. You will direct day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and drive performance through data-driven improvements while maintaining HIPAA and CMS compliance.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of medical practice management experience.
• Strong experience in revenue cycle management (RCM).
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities
