Tyson Foods in Center, Texas is hiring for a role on 1ST SHIFT in the United States. The position offers $19.25/hr with a $1.00 shift premium for 2nd Shift, and includes benefits from day one.

As a Lead, you will support the Supervisor with department setup, ensure USDA/HACCP compliance, monitor production lines, and manage staffing and coverage as needed. Responsibilities include assisting with operations, maintaining sanitation, and serving as a backup when the Supervisor is away.

Competenze

• At least six months of lead experience with a single employer in the last 12 months.
• Must meet physical demands of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Job Details

Requirements

• The Applicant must have a least six (6) months of Lead experience with single employer within the last 12 months
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

• 3 x Rule: If you have worked for Tyson Foods 3 or more times you are ineligible for rehire.
• Rehire waiting period: 181-days.
