Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Senior Technical Designer with 5–10 years of apparel experience to join our Industrial Design team. The role focuses on translating concepts into production-ready PPE with emphasis on fit, function, and user experience.

You will drive construction specifications, grading, and pattern development while collaborating with suppliers and manufacturing to ensure high-quality PPE products across categories.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of apparel experience.
• Ability to translate design concepts into production-ready PPE.
• Strong patterning and fit engineering knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop construction specifications, fit standards, and technical solutions for PPE products.
• Create and maintain measurement specs, grading, and fit requirements.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing to realize design intent in production.
• Review patterns and samples; lead corrective actions to fix fit/construction issues.
• Support BOM creation and maintenance; manage PLM data for PPE products.
