Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a senior development leader to guide a team through planning, design, coding, debugging and documentation of complex software systems. You will mentor junior developers, assign tasks, conduct evaluations, and ensure adherence to standards while driving program success.

The role requires strong communication, system analysis skills, and the ability to manage multiple phases of the software lifecycle in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Must be detail oriented and able to work with clients.
• Ability to analyze systems requirements and design specifications.
• Ability to prepare and review project plans and software/development documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage and lead others, providing mentorship to junior team members.
• Capable of working in a demanding, sometimes stressful environment with minimal oversight.
• Experience in information system design, including application programming on large-scale case management systems.

• Must provide direction during all phases of software development and train team members in Java, C#, SQL, JavaScript, or other languages.
• Demonstrates and utilizes best programming standards and practices.
