Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of programming/web development experience; 0-2 years in management.
• Detail oriented with client interaction skills.
• Ability to analyze systems requirements and design specs.
• Ability to prepare and review project and software documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lead others and mentor junior team members.
• Capable of working in demanding environments with minimal oversight.
• Experience in large-scale information system design and complex software development.
• Proficient with Java, C#, SQL, and JavaScript across development phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead a program, department or functional area; recruit staff and conduct evaluations.
• Direct development, design, coding, debugging and documentation.
