Job summary

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• 5+ years designing, architecting, and developing enterprise solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365.
• Experience owning solution architecture—data modeling, integration strategy, security design.
• Experience with data analysis, DAX optimization, Power Query, and advanced Power BI modeling.
• UI/UX design experience for custom applications.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable, user-friendly solutions.

Responsibilities

• Independently design, architect, and build custom Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Automate, BI) and integrate with enterprise data sources.
• Develop sophisticated Power Automate workflows; handle connectors, loops, and error handling.
• Create dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI; apply advanced DAX and Power Query.
• Integrate AI capabilities (AI Hub, CoPilot Studio, AI Models) into business processes.
• Own solution development, elicit requirements, design data flows, and deliver end-to-end.
• Support governance, ALM/DevOps, and mentor other developers on best practices.
• Provide operational support, training, and comprehensive documentation.
