Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Power Platform & Copilot Studio Developer to drive the enterprise transition to the Microsoft Power Platform within GCC-High and DoD Cloud environments.

You will design, develop, and deploy secure Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio across cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include building secure applications, creating advanced BI dashboards, and ensuring alignment with zero-trust and FedRAMP concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, or related technical field.
• 5+ years hands-on Power Platform development including canvas and model-driven apps.
• Experience with GCC-High/DoD Cloud, CUI data security, RBAC, Zero Trust, FedRAMP concepts.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy Power Platform solutions and ALM/environment management.
• Experience integrating Microsoft 365 services and building custom connectors (REST APIs, OAuth 2.0).
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver secure, scalable solutions.
• Eligible to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy secure Power Platform solutions within GCC-High/DoD Cloud environments.
• Collaborate with distributed team and coordinate with Technical Project Lead.
• Build advanced Power BI reports and dashboards and present insights to stakeholders.
• Document solution architecture, configurations, and code changes.
• Apply testing methodologies to identify defects and ensure quality.
• Optimize performance and tailor solutions to security requirements.
