GE Vernova is seeking an experienced engineer to lead design and development of medium-voltage VSD systems for industrial applications. You will drive power conversion, motor control, and control algorithm development across the full engineering lifecycle, including real-time simulation, HIL testing, and product validation.
The role requires a Master’s in Electrical Engineering or related field and several years’ experience with medium-voltage drives, modulation techniques, and real-time models.

In this role, you will lead the design and development of advanced power conversion and motor control solutions used in applications such as marine propulsion, rolling mills, compressors, and other high-performance industrial systems. You will work across the full engineering lifecycle, from system architecture and power electronics design to advanced control algorithm development, real-time simulation, and product validation. For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $89 300,00 and $148 700,00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
