Qualifications

• 1+ years of powder coating and surface prep experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pre-treatment equipment, spray booths, ovens, and manual powder gun applicators.
• Observe gauges and adjust equipment to meet standards.
• Weigh or measure chemicals before adding to machines.
• Inspect parts for quality and report problems.
• Ensure proper paint application per specifications.
• Care for and safely handle manual application equipment.
• Assist with fixed equipment issues and gun adjustments.
• Attendance is an essential job function.
• Work with 5S and visual controls.
• Operate hand and power tools to complete assemblies.
