Alene Candles LLC is seeking a Batch Technician for SECOND shift in Milford, NH. The role involves following batch sheets, weighing ingredients, and producing wax batches for fill lines. You will maintain records, monitor inventory, and collaborate with supervision to meet production demand.

The position offers $25.00 per hour with a $1 shift differential and a $2,000 sign-on bonus paid in two installments. Overtime may be available during peak season, with downtime around holidays.

Qualifications

• 12 months related experience or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to follow batch sheets and standard formulas.

Responsibilities

• Follow batch sheets and standard formulas to identify and measure components.
• Combine components in tanks to produce wax batches for fill lines.
• Maintain accurate records of drums and ingredients.
• Monitor schedules and coordinate with supervision to meet production demand.
• Identify low inventory and alert supervision for shortages.
• Maintain equipment and area cleanliness and safety.
