Job summary

University of South Carolina on the Columbia campus seeks a Lead Postal Courier/Passport Agent-Team Lead to process and deliver mail for the USC community and to serve as a Passport Acceptance Agent. You will handle tracking, sorting and routing with attention to detail, while maintaining certifications and customer service standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of related experience, plus a valid SC driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related postal or delivery experience.
• Valid SC Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Process, track, sort and deliver mail and parcels on campus.
• Operate postal tracking and mailing systems for USC.
• Serve as Passport Acceptance Agent and maintain required certifications.
• Provide accurate, timely customer service and package handling.
• Maintain delivery routes, vehicle records and mileage logs.
