Responsibilities

• Job Duty Parcel Tracking System / Data Entry / Mail Forwarding
• Provides entry of inbound mail and parcels into internal parcel tracking system and dispatches to locations.
• Job Duty Customer Retail Counter: USPS stamp sales and shipping with cash handling, maintains till.
• Job Duty Passport Agent: perform passport acceptance and maintain annual recertification.
• Job Duty Mail Sort/Delivery/Processing: unload/sort mail and parcels, load on vehicle for delivery.
• Job Duty Deliver and pick up mail/parcels on a regular time schedule on campus routes.
• Weighs and processes outgoing mail with meters and printers; uses USPS/UPS sites for policies.
• Performs other postal duties as requested by supervisor.
