Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a hands-on Processing Supervisor to lead daily post-harvest processing activities in our trim room at the Lincoln, IL facility. This role supervises a team of processing agents and ensures work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards.

The incumbent will support quality control, scheduling, training, and productivity tracking across the team, reporting to site leadership.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory/managerial experience leading agents and operations.
• 2–3 years in production, food manufacturing, or similar; cannabis experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs accurately.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with direct reports, peers, leadership, and stakeholders.
• Effective time-management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn internal tracking systems and compliance platforms.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Own daily throughput targets and quality standards across all output streams.
• Enforce trim specifications for each product type by grade.
• Inspect finished output and reject or rework material that does not meet specifications.
• Monitor yield by lot and report variances to management.
• Train and coach team members on procedures, safety, and quality expectations.
• Maintain Canix or other tracking records and approve timecards.
