Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Lead Processing Agent to manage harvest materials processing in a health-conscious, compliant environment. The role requires at least 1 year of experience in food production or similar manufacturing and involves supervising junior staff and maintaining quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, time-management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced operation.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in a food production or similar manufacturing environment.
• Ability to train and mentor junior staff or new hires preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Schedule resources across multiple activities (deboning, sifting, grading, final trim).
• Perform initial bulk QC inspection of batches.
• Report quality issues to Quality and Facility Director.
• Maintain daily performance log and continuous improvement board.
• Monitor Dry Rooms, Cure Room, and Processing spaces for proper conditions.
• Enter harvest batches into ADP/POS system and inventory batches.
