Job summary

Cresco Labs seeks a hands-on Processing Supervisor to lead daily post-harvest processing in the Lincoln, IL facility. You will supervise a team of processing agents/leads, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while tracking productivity and leading training initiatives.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience, strong attention to detail, SOP adherence, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory/managerial experience.
• 2–3 years in production or food manufacturing; cannabis experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily post-harvest processing activities in the trim room.
• Supervise and coach processing agents and leads.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; track productivity and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate records in Canix or other tracking systems.
• Approve timecards and manage shift coverage; support training.
