Job summary

Cresco Labs in Illinois is seeking a Lead Processing Agent to oversee harvest materials processing in a compliant, safety-focused environment. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a food production or similar manufacturing setting.

You will schedule resources, perform QC, log data, monitor rooms, and ensure quality and adherence to procedures. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work around plant material.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a food production or similar manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and strict adherence to policies.
• Able to measure, package and label precisely.
• Effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Willingness to work around plant material with potential pollen/dust exposure.
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel and perform repetitive hand actions; able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule resources across deboning, sifting, grading, and final trim.
• Perform initial bulk QC inspection of batches.
• Report quality issues to Quality and Facility Director.
• Maintain daily performance logs and CI board.
• Monitor Dry Rooms, Cure Room and Processing space for temperature and humidity.
• Enter harvest data into ADP/POS system and inventory batches.
• Verify weighing and logging of material.
• Maintain sanitary work environment and cleaning logs.
• Review emails for priorities and assignments.
• Ensure all functions meet quality and compliance standards.
