Job summary

Cleary Building Corp. is looking for a Building Construction Foreman to lead a crew of 3–4 team members in constructing pre-engineered post-frame structures on-site.

You will ensure quality craftsmanship and help clients turn their building dreams into reality, with year-round outdoor work and diverse job sites. The role emphasizes strong leadership, safety, and hands-on building experience along with ongoing development through Cleary’s leadership programs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Prior experience in building trades or construction leadership.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a crew.
• Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions.
• Willingness to train and grow with the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of 3–4 field employees.
• Build post-frame structures from the ground up.
• Operate hand and power tools.
• Manage job site safety and productivity.
• Work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions.
• Enjoy a variety of job sites and daily tasks—no two days are the same.
