Cleary Building Corp. is seeking a Building Construction Foreman to lead a crew of 3–4 in the on-site construction of pre-engineered post-frame structures. You will manage projects, ensure quality craftsmanship, and consistently drive safety and productivity.

You will oversee field employees, coordinate daily tasks, and mentor crew members while working outdoors year-round at diverse job sites. Competitive pay and full-time, year-round employment are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience leading construction crews preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in variable weather.
