Responsibilities

• Lead and assist porter team to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Power wash walkways and exterior surfaces as needed.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and trash-out.
• Inspect grounds and report maintenance needs.
• Ensure safety procedures and company standards are followed.
