Job summary

Bean Automotive Group is seeking a Lead Porter at Lexus of Kendall in Miami, FL to supervise and guide porters who prepare vehicles for delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating showroom and lot organization for both sales and service, ensuring tools and supplies are available, and guiding staff to meet deadlines.

Ideal candidates will have a valid Florida driver’s license and prefer bilingual English/Spanish communication. Employment is contingent on background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Lead Porter supervises and coordinates vehicle preparation activities.
• Valid Florida driver’s license; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Confers with management on the organization of lots and showroom for sales department and executes coordination to staff.
• Confers with management on the organization of lots and showroom for service department and executes coordination to staff.
• Guides and keeps the work of team members on track, ensures team has proper tools and supplies, adjusts work schedules according to workload, assigns tasks.
