Job summary

Bean Automotive Group in Miami is seeking a Lead Porter to supervise Sales Porters and oversee moving, cleaning, and preparing vehicles for delivery to customers or third parties. You will coordinate staff to keep lots and showrooms ready for business.

Responsibilities include guiding team members, assigning tasks, tracking time, and supporting management with events, campaigns, or safety initiatives. A valid Florida driver’s license and good communication are essential, with bilingual ability

Qualifications

• Valid Florida driver's license.
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization.
• Clear written and oral instruction reception.
• Excellent organizational skills; multi-tasking capability.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

• Assists Management with usual and unusual requests in support of the needs of the company i.e.: events, sales campaigns, vehicle exhibitions off premises, filming, hurricane/emergency/safety preparedness, etc.
• Resolves employee issues and performance to include screening and interviewing.

Qualifications

We presently have an employment opportunity for a Lead Porter in one of our operations. In this new role the Lead Porter supervises and guides activities of Sales Porters engaged in moving, cleaning and preparing vehicles for delivery to customers or third parties by performing the following duties:

Position Requirements:

• Valid Florida driver’s license.
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization.
• Ability to clearly communicate and accurately receive written and oral instructions.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Perform under strict time constraints.
