Job summary

Bean Automotive Group in Miami, FL is seeking a Lead Porter to supervise and guide sales and service porters responsible for moving, cleaning and preparing vehicles for delivery. The role requires coordinating staff, managing schedules, and ensuring equipment availability.

The ideal candidate will have a valid Florida driver's license, strong communication with all levels of staff, and excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks. Basic computer skills are also expected.

Responsibilities

• Confers with management on the organization of lots and showroom for sales department and executes coordination to staff.
• Confers with management on the organization of lots and showroom for service department and executes coordination to staff.
• Guides and keeps the work of team members on track, ensures team has proper tools and supplies, adjusts work schedules according to work load, assigns individual assignments, tracks time worked.
• Assists Management with usual and unusual requests in support of the needs of the company i.e.: events, sales campaigns, vehicle exhibitions off premises, filming, hurricane/emergency/safety preparedness, etc.
• Resolves employee issues and performance to include screening and interviewing.

We presently have an employment opportunity for a Lead Porter in one of our operations. In this new role t he Lead Porter supervises and guides activities of Sales Porters engaged in moving, cleaning and preparing vehicles for delivery to customers or third parties by performing the following duties:
