Duties

We are hiring a Lead Porter to supervise and guide activities of Sales Porters involved in moving, cleaning, and preparing vehicles for delivery. Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating with management on lot and showroom organization for sales and service departments
• Managing team activities, ensuring proper tools and supplies, and adjusting work schedules
• Supporting company events, campaigns, and safety initiatives
• Addressing employee issues and performance management

Position Requirements

• Valid Florida driver’s license
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Organizational skills and multitasking ability
• Basic computer skills
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
• Ability to perform under time constraints
