If you're someone who takes pride in being organized, reliable, and a strong communicator, this could be your next big move. We're looking for an experienced leader to guide a team of Sweeper Operators and ensure nightly operations run smoothly, safely, and on time.
As the Team Lead, you won’t just be behind the wheel—you’ll be behind the success of the shift. You’ll work closely with the Night Manager (and step in when needed), coordinating crew members, adjusting routes, and making real-time decisions that keep everything on track.
Oversee nightly sweeper operations and team performance
Assign and adjust routes based on staffing and service priorities
Track attendance and call in team members as needed to ensure full coverage
Perform property inspections and driver observations
Provide in-the-moment coaching and ongoing training to team members
Manage PPE and supply inventory
Assist with post-accident procedures, including administering substance testing if needed
Complete shift reports and maintain the Lead Log
Support field operations by changing tires and rescuing stalled drivers
Review customer communications and ensure prompt follow-up
1+ year of leadership experience in a service, janitorial, or field-based role
Comfortable working outdoors and on weekends
Strong communicator with the ability to motivate and coach others
Highly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Basic tech skills (e.g., using spreadsheets, apps, email, communication tools)
Class E driver’s license (required)
