The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a willingness to work in varying weather conditions. A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a background check are assumed as part of the job responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a service technician or similar role is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and chemical balancing is preferred.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining high service quality.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough pool cleaning services to ensure optimal water quality.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients.
• Identify pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators) in need of repair.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed on each pool, including chemical balances and services performed.
• Adhere to safety protocols while working with chemicals and equipment in various weather conditions.
