Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Polymer, Plastics Engineering or related field.
• 3-5+ years of extrusion or high-volume polymer manufacturing experience.
• Experience with blown/cast film or plastics extrusion processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize Rollstock extrusion processes to ensure stable, repeatable manufacturing performance.
• Lead Lean and Six Sigma projects focused on yield, throughput, setup reduction, and operational efficiency.
• Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, startups, process trials, and new technology implementation.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, and Product Development to support launches and resin qualifications.
