Sealed Air in Simpsonville, SC seeks a Senior Bags Extrusion Process Engineer to lead polymer film extrusion initiatives, drive process capability, and provide technical support across manufacturing operations.

You will mentor the Process Technician team, collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Product Development, and deploy Lean, Six Sigma, and DOE methods to improve yield, efficiency, and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of extrusion or polymer manufacturing experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead extrusion process ownership and optimize film production.
• Coach Process Technicians and align with Production and Maintenance.
• Deploy DOE, SPC, and Lean Six Sigma to reduce scrap and downtime.
• Develop dashboards and monitor process performance.
• Lead capital projects and equipment upgrades.
