Responsibilities

• Conduct functional and pressure testing on pneumatic components.
• Test, troubleshoot, and verify functionality of valves, regulators, actuators.
• Operate manual and automated test equipment.
• Analyze test data and identify potential issues.
• Ensure components meet performance and safety standards.
• Read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Use diagnostic tools such as pressure gauges and leak detectors.
• Prepare and maintain accurate test reports.
• Identify testing discrepancies and communicate findings.
• Maintain a clean, safe testing work area.
• Support technicians, engineering, and QA during testing.
