Job summary

Draper in Cambridge, MA seeks a Group Leader for the Positioning, Navigation, and Timing Instrumentation Group. This onsite role leads a high-impact team, recruits top talent, and ensures program success aligned with sponsor needs.

The incumbent will mentor staff, oversee evaluations, and steer technical development across programs. Eligible candidates are US citizens with the ability to obtain a TS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee group operations and ensure high-quality, mission-aligned work.
• Lead mentoring, staffing, and career development for 10–20 staff.
• Draft job requisitions, review resumes, and conduct interviews for hiring.
• Serve as Lead Subject Matter Expert for PN&T instrumentation.
• Shape Draper’s technology offerings and identify new business opportunities.
• Align group capabilities with sponsor priorities and Draper’s SMFAs.
