Job summary

Veeco is seeking a Lead Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to develop business, product and marketing plans for our laser anneal platforms. You will collaborate with Engineering and other functions to create roadmaps, market strategies and product positioning that drive revenue and market share.

You will interface with customers and cross-functional teams, lead competitive analysis and pricing strategies, and help ensure product adoption while maintaining differentiation of our core technology.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Physics or Engineering with 12+ years of related experience.
• MS degree with 8+ years or PhD with 5+ years experience.
• Experience with Tier1 semiconductor customers is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops business & marketing plans, assesses strategies for market penetration and product positioning.
• Collaborates with Engineering, Manufacturing and Sales to develop new products and communicate market needs.
• Understands technical and business aspects of customer device roadmaps and develops strategies to meet objectives.
• Drives competitive analysis for specific product lines.
• Informs pricing strategies to protect leadership position while improving margins.
• Works with product engineering and applications teams to drive adoption of CI features/upgrades.
