Job summary

Coherent Corp. is seeking a customer-facing Product Marketing Manager for the Laser/Laser Engine products within the LSM division.

You will develop and promote plans, manage growth initiatives, and act as product evangelist, coordinating with sales, R&D, operations and marketing to deliver compelling customer experiences. Responsibilities include leading pre-sales activities, P&L tracking, pricing and forecasting, updating sales collateral, and driving end-to-end product releases while

Responsibilities

• Reports to Director of Product Marketing for the assigned products.
• Assumes financial responsibility including P&L tracking, pricing and forecasting.
• Oversees marketing for products, updates to sales collateral and website content.
• Collaborates with Global Sales on pricing and opportunities; travel to customers as needed.
• Works with sales, operations, R&D, marketing, engineering and quality to optimize customer experience.
• Defines market segments (TAM/SAM) and ROI for growth initiatives.
• Manages NPI, defines product requirements and drives development and release.
• Drives end-of-life strategies when appropriate.
