Job summary

Instrata is seeking a Project Coordinator for an onsite data center and hyperscale infrastructure project near St. Francisville, LA. You will support Project Managers, coordinate activities, and lead PMA teams to ensure accurate documentation, schedules, and deliverables.

The role emphasizes customer communication, operational discipline, and governance to maintain audit-ready records and timely project closeout. A strong focus on collaboration with vendors and internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional education or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience in roles like PMA, Senior PMA, or Project Coordinator within data center/hyperscale/mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day project activities across multiple data center/hyperscale projects with Project Managers.
• Coordinate project documentation, schedules, materials, and communications for critical infrastructure builds.
• Assist with staffing coordination and resource planning as directed by Project Managers.
• Serve as primary or secondary contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supervise and coordinate the PMA team’s daily activities and assign work.
• Review project documentation for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Prepare and manage project submittals in coordination with Project Managers.
• Maintain organized project files, trackers, and customer databases.
• Assist with purchasing, vendor coordination, and order tracking for long-lead equipment.
• Support project reporting and post-delivery follow-up.
