Job summary

Align is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale cabling infrastructure deployments for AI and hyperscale data centers across the U.S. You will plan, coordinate, document, and deliver projects while collaborating with clients, teams, vendors, and subcontractors.

The role requires strong PM skills, budget discipline, and excellent communication. Travel up to 50% is possible, with relocation assistance offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PM experience in data centers or related IT infrastructure.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams, vendors, and locations.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets and client expectations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer-facing skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and PM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage data center cabling and infrastructure projects from planning through closeout.
• Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, milestones, risk logs, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Track progress, identify risks, and resolve schedule or deployment issues.
• Manage RFIs, change orders, submittals, status reports, and closeout documentation.
• Track materials, equipment readiness, labor, project costs, and change orders.
• Lead client and internal project meetings and provide clear status updates.
• Partner with Superintendents and Foremen to ensure field work meets project requirements.
• Support QA/QC, testing, commissioning, turnover, and project closeout.
