French & Parrello Associates (FPA) in Wall Township, NJ seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead our Water & Wastewater Department, delivering infrastructure projects from planning through construction. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with clients and regulators, and mentor staff while driving project success.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in water/wastewater engineering, a NJ PE license, strong communication skills, and a track record of advancing capital improvement

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Water and/or Wastewater Engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering.
• New Jersey PE License required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and regulatory engagement.
• Experience developing engineering solutions for water/wastewater infrastructure.
• Familiarity with NJDEP, EPA, and funding programs.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 and CAD/GIS software.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risk, and quality across projects.
• Prepare technical studies, reports, and contract documents.
• Mentor and evaluate performance of junior staff.
• Assist with business development and client relationships.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory permits and approvals.
• Develop capital improvement program recommendations for clients.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell multidisciplinary services.
