Job summary

Robert B. Our Company, Inc seeks a Project Manager to lead multiple private and public utility construction projects from inception to completion on time and within budget.

You will oversee estimating, scheduling, procurement, and cost control while coordinating with clients, consultants and internal teams. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, OSHA 10 certification, and a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial, residential and/or industrial construction projects.
• Experience in design/construction of water/wastewater facilities.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• OSHA 10 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit estimates on utilities, site and water projects and review with clients.
• Develop schedules, budgets and resource allocations for projects.
• Monitor project costs and profit margins; manage change orders.
• Contract subcontractors and maintain project documentation.
• Lead meetings and communicate with stakeholders to address concerns.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards across projects.
