Job summary

United Utility Services is seeking a Program Manager in Denver, CO to oversee multi-discipline projects from initiation to closure. You will work closely with Customer Management and operations teams to ensure deliverables are met on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities include developing project plans, coordinating with engineering, finance, legal, and PMO, and providing clear reporting to management. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and professional stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience with engineering, design activities, or project management.
• 5 years of prior experience in Overhead and Underground electrical power distribution systems.
• Preferred BS in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management and/or Business or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of program projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and PMO.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and change control processes.
• Track client deliverables and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Escalate risks and drive on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Provide regular management reports and guidance to junior staff.
