Job summary

Leidos in the United States seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale technology migration programs spanning endpoints, network infrastructure, and IT services. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver complex migrations across multiple business units and locations.

The role requires strong leadership, outstanding communication, and proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in IT and program/project delivery.
• 7+ years of project management experience, ideally in enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Experience leading large-scale migration programs (endpoints, network, infrastructure).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale endpoint and network migration programs.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans with scope, schedule, risks and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders across multiple sites and time zones.
• Establish governance, reporting, RAID logs, and executive communications for migrations.
• Drive cutovers, validation, and post-migration operations with minimal business disruption.
