Job summary

Smart Care is seeking a Project Manager to drive construction project plans from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence. You will coordinate with clients and teams, manage risks, and provide regular status updates on timelines, budgets, and changes.

Travel to job sites and close collaboration with multiple departments will be expected to ensure quality and profitability of projects, including negotiating contracts and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent job-related experience.
• MS Office- Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency are required.
• New product development experience is required.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams is essential.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality projects on tight schedules.
• Strong decision-making skills and effective communication.
• Self-starter with strong organizational abilities; ability to coordinate and prioritize.
• Discretion and confidentiality required.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute project work plans, including tracking resources and reporting.
• Identify resources needed and assign responsibilities; establish roles.
• Travel required as needed.
• Coordinate planning for communication, risk, change management, and training.
• Facilitate team and client meetings effectively.
• Resolve issues in a timely fashion and communicate needs.
• Review construction documents and monitor progress.
• Visit job sites to monitor production and QA.
• Prepare internal and external project status reports.
• Negotiate terms, draft contracts, and obtain permits and licenses.
• Estimate large refrigeration projects.
