Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years experience as a project manager in an owner, engineering, environmental or construction organization.
• 10 years experience in a project-related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, contract management, and project delivery methods.

• Manages project development from conception through completion.
• Ensures construction adherence to design requirements.
• Attends Owner–Architect–Contractor meetings to monitor project progress.
