Oversee consultant and contractor performance throughout project delivery.

Review and manage consultant invoices, contractor pay applications, and change orders in coordination with project controls teams.

Coordinate the resolution of construction field issues, requests for information (RFIs), and design conflicts while maintaining compliance with project requirements and contract documents.

Monitor project performance and identify variances related to schedule, budget, and project objectives.

Lead project meetings, including progress and coordination meetings, and oversee meeting documentation during design and construction.

Resolve complex design, construction, and stakeholder issues to support project success.

Provide leadership and oversight for one or more project management teams.

Support the Deputy Program Manager in program delivery and operational objectives.

Maintain proactive, consistent communication with clients and project stakeholders.

Foster collaboration among owners, consultants, contractors, and internal team members.
