Asana is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Enterprise Services Management, based in San Francisco. You will shape the 0→1 strategy, partnering with engineering, design, data science, and GTM to define an AI-native platform that connects IT, HR, and Support workflows with projects.

Incubate a new business, validate with customers, and drive a scalable product and go-to-market plan. You will lead with hands-on product craft, customer obsession, and a strong sense of urgency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience with AI/enterprise SaaS.
• Strong 0→1 builder who drives urgency and ambiguity.
• Technical systems thinker with architecture and integration focus.
• Customer-centric mindset translating insights into product decisions.
• Commercial and GTM savvy with pricing and channel experience.
• Exceptional communication across engineering, design, sales and executives.
• Growth mindset and AI-first thinking to elevate product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define 0→1 strategy and 3-year product vision for Asana's ESM business with AI agents and deep workflow integrations.
• Validate pain points with customers and translate insights into MVP scope and iterative roadmap.
• Build and launch an AI-native MVP with cross-functional engineering, design and UXR teams.
• Drive cross-functional GTM with Sales, Channel, PMM and CS, refining migration and onboarding.
• Operate with startup hustle, shipping iteratively and learning from real usage.
