Job summary

Asana is hiring for a Senior IC Product Manager in the AI Platform Group, based in New York City with a hybrid in-office schedule. You will partner with enterprise customers to identify challenges in agentic work, deliver scalable AI-powered solutions, and influence cross-functional teams across engineering and product surfaces.

You will drive prioritization, governance, and ROI measurement for AI capabilities, while collaborating with teams to accelerate adoption of new AI products.

Qualifications

• Senior IC product management experience in enterprise SaaS.
• Hands-on experience building or shipping an AI-first product.
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Work with enterprise customers to discover challenges in managing agentic work.
• Validate high-leverage opportunities and deliver end-to-end solutions quickly.
• Prioritize problems whose solutions scale across Asana AI products.
• Set standards for AI capabilities investments and governance.
• Sequence strategic capabilities including AI ROI measurement and governance.
