Asana is building its next major business line: Service Management powered by AI agents, with a 0→1 opportunity to define IT, HR, and Support workflows in a modern AI-native platform. This Lead PM role partners with customers and teams to incubate new products, shaping the product and GTM strategy for scalable growth.

The role sits in a hybrid office setup, with in-person days and optional WFH, and focuses on delivering AI-native MVPs and strong cross-functional collaboration across teams

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience with AI-driven platforms.
• Strong 0→1 builder with urgency, resourcefulness, and creativity.
• Technical systems thinker with experience in architecture, integrations, and AI agent behavior.

Responsibilities

• Define 3-year product strategy for Asana’s ESM business with AI agents and deep workflow integrations.
• Validate pain points with customers, co-develop workflows, and translate insights into MVP scope and roadmap.
• Build and launch an AI-native MVP with cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, and UXR.
• Drive cross-functional GTM with Sales, Channel, PMM, and CS on pricing, packaging, and onboarding experiences.
• Operate with startup-level hustle, shipping iteratively and learning from real usage.
