Juniper Square is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the agent runtime and evaluation layer of Foundry, building a governed automation platform for non-engineers. You will partner with engineering to ship reliable automations and define model governance, evaluations, and memory systems.

The role emphasizes AI fluency, prototyping with AI, and collaboration with design and product teams. Remote-friendly with in-person options in SF and other offices.

Formación

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B/Enterprise SaaS, including AI-oriented roles.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of complex product areas.
• Fluency with AI tools (LLMs) and agent platforms.
• Strong communication and leadership by influence.
• Ability to prototype with AI and deliver tangible outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Own the agent runtime vision, strategy, and roadmap for Foundry.
• Define evaluation, governance, and testing for automations and models.
